Rashene Mincy-Bey is a multidisciplinary artist with a deep respect for light, rhythm, and lived experience. A U.S. Army veteran and former Combat Documentation Specialist, his work bridges the precision of documentation with the soul of storytelling.
With a foundation in stage production and a Bachelor’s degree in Audio Production from Full Sail University, Rashene creates with both technical mastery and intuitive vision — capturing moments that speak long after they’ve passed. His lens follows truth, his ear follows tone, and his art lives at the intersection of memory, motion, and meaning.
